Shipping Information

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship all our items internationally thanks to our two production partners in California, USA & Riga, Latvia. This allows us to get your order to you much faster no matter your location!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Our products are made to order and take 2 - 3 days on average to be produced and shipped from our manufacturers. Once shipped out times vary from 2 - 7 days depending on distance from the shipping locations in California & Latvia. All our items ship with tracking information.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Free shipping on all orders over £50. North America & EU: £2.96. International: £5.95
I GOT MY TRACKING INFORMATION BUT IT SAYS NO INFORMATION IS AVAILABLE?
Tracking information is sent out when your package is labeled, but the carrier's website only updates once the package has been scanned into the system and their computer system has had time to update. Please allow 24 hrs for your tracking information to become available on individual carrier websites.

HOW CAN I CANCEL OR RETURN MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form or by emailing sam@scidye.com. We stand by the quality of our products so offer a full 30 days return period for any damaged or unsatisfactory products. Please note we do not accept exchanges or returns for incorrect sizing.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email which contains the link to track your order. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving the email for the tracking to update.
